Code of Conduct:

I understand that this summer camp includes tech, yoga, and art activities. My child is expected to behave respectfully, follow instructions, and treat staff, other campers, and property appropriately. Fighting, bullying, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Parents will be notified of behavior issues, and immediate pick-up may be required. Campers removed for misconduct are not eligible for refund or credit.

Liability Waiver:

I voluntarily assume all risks related to my child's participation and waive, release, and hold harmless Pine Lake Community Club Summer Camps, its instructors, staff, and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued after the session begins. Cancellations before the first day are refundable minus a $50 administrative fee. A late pick-up fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes after camp ends.
